Hatha yoga is a set of physical postures (Asanas) designed to align the mind and breath. Amongst its many benefits this class helps to create a balance of strength and flexibility in the body.
Yin Yoga Tuesday & Thursday 7.30-8.30pm
Wednesday 11am-12noon
Yin is slow and meditative form of yoga which incorporates a series of passive floor postures. Postures are typically held for 3-5mins. The postures held apply moderate stress to the connective tissues within the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Ashtanga Elements Wednesday 9.30-10.30am
Ashtanga is a dynamic style that connects movement with breath while moving through a set series of postures.
