YOGA CLASSES IN CASHEL, TIPPERARY

Focus On The Present Moment

Morning Flow

Tuesday & Thursday 9.30-10.30am 

Morning flow consists of a gentle practice where we create space within the body and mind receiving all the benefits a yoga practice can offer.

Hatha

Tuesday & Thursday 6-7pm

Hatha yoga is a set of physical postures (Asanas) designed to align the mind and breath. Amongst its many benefits this class helps to create a balance of strength and flexibility in the body.

 

Yin Yoga

Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm

Yin is slow and meditative form of yoga which incorporates a series of passive floor postures. Postures are typically held for 3-5mins. The postures held apply moderate stress to the connective tissues within the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Ashtanga Elements

Wednesday 9.30-10.30am

 

Ashtanga is a dynamic style that connects movement with breath while moving through a set series of postures.

Back & Core

Wednesday 6-7pm

Focus on aligining the breath with slow movement to create strength in the back and core. 

​All yoga classes include pranayama, meditation and savasana.
